Do you offer mobile massage services, and what is your service area?

Yes, I provide mobile massage services within a 7-mile radius or 30 minutes of NW10 4EE, Harlesden. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within my service area, please feel free to reach out. I'm here to help!

How much space do I need to provide for the massage?

Please ensure there’s enough space to get around my massage table, which measures 83” (211 cm) by 31” (79 cm)—similar to a single bed.

Do I need to have parking nearby?

Yes, please ensure there are convenient parking options available, either on your driveway or on the street. If there are specific instructions for entering your building, kindly share those too.

How much of my appointment time is hands-on treatment?

All of the time you book is dedicated to hands-on treatment. For instance, if you schedule a 90 minutes session, you'll receive 90 minutes of massage. Please also allow an extra 20 minutes for me to setup and pack down.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your appointment without any charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be asked to pay for the treatment in full. Thank you for your understanding.

What to wear for my session?

For your comfort, I usually work with clients dressed in just pants (or underwear), keeping the rest of the body covered. Only the area being treated will be exposed. To help ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, it`s best to leave jewelry and hair accessories aside. There might be a bit of residual oil on your skin after the session, so please keep that in mind when choosing what to wear.

Is it possible to have my session fully clothed?

Yes, if you prefer to remain clothed, I can adjust the techniques used to ensure you still enjoy the full healing benefits of the treatment.

Do you have an electric blanket for your massage table?

Yes, I bring an electric blanket that can be placed on the massage table if you would like it, adding to your comfort during the session.

What do I need to supply for the treatment?

You will need to provide towels or sheets unless you request them, which incurs an extra £5 fee. If you want me to bring covers for my massage table, I can provide sheets and fleeces. If supplying them yourself, please provide two bath towels and a small towel, or one bed sheet and one bath towel, plus one small towel.

How to prepare for the massage?

- Clear the Area: Make sure the space for the massage table is clear and calm.

- Minimize Distractions: Reduce potential interruptions by silencing your phone/TV and informing household members of your appointment. Create a quiet environment by closing doors and windows to block out noise.

- Lighting: Dim the lights, close the blinds, or light candles to create a peaceful atmosphere.

- Music: If you enjoy music during your massage, have a playlist of soft, calming tunes ready, or let me know if you’d like me to play my own.

- Temperature: Adjust the room temperature for your comfort.

What if I need to take breaks during the session?

Let me know if you might need to take breaks during the session. I’m happy to accommodate your needs and adjust the massage as necessary.
